Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To ensure I can continue providing excellent service to all of my clients, I ask that you please follow my cancellation policy.
• Cancellation Notice: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer your time slot to another client.
• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may be applied.
• Repeated Cancellations/No-Shows: Clients who repeatedly cancel or fail to show up for appointments may be asked to provide a deposit for future bookings or may not be able to schedule future appointments.
